Is there a simple way to load phone books from a mobile into a PC in a convenient spreadsheet format.?

I have various mobile phones including Nokia, Mitsubishi, Motorola and NEC (shite!!). I can load the phone book files into my laptop via Bluetooth or infra-red. Is there a simple way to convert these files into a usable format eg Excel.|||You can buy a sim card converter thing at best buy that takes everything off your phone and in to organized charts on your computer its like a usb
