Is it possible to use Paypal to top up Mobile phone?

I am on T mobile and I wish to top up my phone with my paypal account, is this possible? I don't want to get my card involved.|||If you have a paypal debit/credit card you may be able to use that, otherwise transfer money to your bank account from paypal in order to have extra money in the bank (but this will take 3-4 days)|||no
