Is there any way to reset a mobile phone when its screen is broken?

I was thinking of selling off my mobile phones as faulty for parts on ebay. I wanted to make sure there wasnt any personal stuff left on the phones so is there any way to clear it off? One phone screen is totally broken and you cant see anything and the other is a crack but touching the screen with the wee pen doesnt work anymore. One is a TMobile MDA Pro %26amp; the other is TMobile MDA Compact II.

Just confirming, the phone keeps the pictures and texts doesnt it? its not on the sim?|||because these are "smartphones" they do a lot more than just act as phones. so removing the sim wont cut it...

however all is not lost, if you have the original disks (CD's) that came with the phones then you should be able to access the phone via a computer, and remove any/all relevant information. failing that you could go to a TMobile shop they may be able to help you. you may be able to get someone to get you the disks if you ask in the right places|||Numbers can be saved on the phone or the sim. The only real way is if you have a working model and go through the menu on each phone at the same time that way you know you are in the right section. Some resets don't delete picture sand such though. Some will just reset the settings to default. Depending on the phone. But some phones have whats called a "Master Clear" that will delete all of your pics and numbers.|||I am really intrigued, What pictures would you seem to have on this phone that you wish for others not to see?????.

Anyway enough of that, Does it not tell you a full menu plan inside the manuals?? if it does just follow that to the delete all on your pictures and texts!

If not ask at your nearest T-mobile shop how it would be done.
