I know that when your contract expires and you threaten to leave a mobile company, you'll normally get a special deal so that you stay.
But can a new customer get a cheaper mobile phone deal that what is advertised? For example, if you saw a 25拢 deal on T-Mobile or Orange website, can you pay less when you contact them?|||nope
