My Virgin Mobile LG Rumor 2 wont add my other cell phone to Bluetooth devices. What is the problem?

When i try to add my t-mobile phone to connect with bluetooth and to send files from my phone. It will say "devices not found." But on my phone it will pick it up and when i type 0000 it said "access denied" from the LG Rumor.|||your phone may be on hidden try changing your bluetooth setting to visible|||Change the Bluetooth visibility to ON or maybe it just its not compatible with the other device
