What should I do with this frustrating new mobile phone?

I'm with this mobile phone company. I've just re-newed my contract and got new phone, but didn't like the phone after a week and exchanged with another phone. The new phone is even worse and I want to return it. The problem is they don't show you some live phone demo or how it works. They just expect you to say "yes" or "no" after you look at a phone and take it.





What should I do? Will they give me a third phone in 2 weeks now?|||What provider do you have? Yes, they will let you return it. I can recommend phones also
