Hello, im trying to text a norwegian number on my uk phone.
Its monthly and i have unlimited texts and whatnot, its a 3 mobile.
But even if the free texts didn't apply my message should go onto the bill...
example of norwegian number: 91227254
the area code is 0047 i think, so 004791227254.
But i get "Message not delivered to: 004791227254"
Help is appreciated.|||Try using +47 before the number as that is used as standard for international dialing codes and it avoids some of the oddities you get in Mobile networks.
I never had a problem using orange doing that so if you still have a proble I'd recheck the number.
