How do you establish a bluetooth network connection to the internet on a mobile phone?

I want to be able to use the internet free of charge on my mobile phone (I have AT%26amp;T LG Shine CU720) via my bluetooth software on my computer. I can't seem to figure out how to connect to the internet to my phone with the bluetooth software (I have paired my phone and the computer) I've seen other people talk about this, so can someone help me out here?|||open network connections on pc, you should see 2 there choose the bluetooth one.|||its very unclear what your saying
