I was wondering if there was a way to make my own moving wallpapers for my mobile phone. Is there a certain program that I need and is it free to download??|||yes you can easily do it with the image ready software that comes with photoshop|||I don't know any programs but what you would probably need to do is convert a vid file into a GIF file as a quote of advice.|||Animated GIF.
