How do i browse the net with my mobile phone without paying subscriptions?

my mobile phone service providers charge me alot when I browse with my gprs enabled phone. Each time I recharge my phone and browse they sweep off the cash like a tidal wave. So what should I do? I know it is possible to browse without paying dim to this operators.|||I have GPRS which costs Rs. 199 per month (4.6 US $) with unlimited browsing. There is no free GPRS
