Has anyone ever been arrested for a mobile phone jammer in the United States?

I understand that a device that jams a cell phone signal is illegal in the United States due to the Communications Act of 1934. However, can anyone cite a single case where someone was arrested, charged and sentenced because of this act (being in possession of a mobile phone jammer OR operating a mobile phone jammer)? I'll even settle for someone just being arrested due to a violation of this act. I am very interested in the subject matter.|||Not that I know of but they are available.

I know some teachers use them in schools and the cops are trying to use them to throw off criminals but it's not legal yet but I am sure it will be soon. At least for cops.|||You can use a cellphone jammers. and you could choose a suitable one. please visit www.goyabox.com, and you could choose to jamm or booster your cellphone signal.

|||I doubt if a communication act passed in 1934 would have any effect on a cell phone which wouldn't even be invented for another 50 years.
